(ii) a copy of the audited accounts of JV Co. prepared in accordance with the laws applicable in, and the accounting standards, principles and practices generally accepted in, the Iran, within 3 months of the end of the year to which the audited accounts relate; and
3.14.2 If a distribution is approved under this Article in relation to any Financial Year shall be made within six months of the day to which the audited accounts of the JV Co. for that Financial Year are made up.
